Where We Ship
We currently deliver across the United Kingdom
At this time, we do not ship internationally
If you are planning a move or trip, please place your order in advance to ensure timely delivery
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping
Carriers may include Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, or UPS
Estimated delivery time is 2–5 working days after dispatch
Shipping cost is £4.99 for orders under £50
Free shipping on orders over £50
We automatically select the most reliable carrier for your location
Order Processing
Processing time is 2–4 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next working day
During busy periods such as holidays or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout
If you need to make changes, contact us immediately at info@somnalseep.uk
Once your order has been processed, changes may no longer be possible
We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched
Delivery Information
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or local conditions
Somna Sleep is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or incorrect address details
Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons
Special Addresses
We recommend using a full residential or business address
Certain carriers may not support PO Box deliveries
Split Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery
You will receive separate tracking details if this occurs
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched

Lost, Damaged or Missing Deliveries
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the product and packaging
If your order is marked as delivered but not received, check with neighbours or your local delivery service
If still missing after 24–48 hours, contact us so we can assist
If you do not contact us within 7 days, we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items
Undeliverable or Returned Orders
If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will issue a refund minus shipping costs once received
Reshipping may require an additional fee
Pre-Orders
Estimated dispatch dates for pre-orders will be shown on the product page or at checkout
Orders will be shipped once all items are available unless split shipping is selected
