Quick Summary

What Is Covered
If our inspection confirms a manufacturing defect under normal household use, we will replace the item with the same product. If the exact item is no longer available, we will provide an equivalent product of the same value. The replacement may be new or refurbished at our discretion.
Examples of qualifying defects:
Comforters: seam or stitching failure causing fill movement, fabric separation, zip failure
Pillows: zip failure, foam or filling breakdown beyond normal softening such as more than 30% permanent height loss when measured on a flat surface, seam failure, fabric separation
What Is Not Covered
Normal wear and tear such as pilling, minor snags, softening or colour fading
Changes in comfort preference or perceived firmness that are not defects
Damage from washing, drying, ironing, steaming or detergents
Damage from heat, sunlight, humidity, mildew or improper storage
Odours, stains, liquids, cosmetics or smoke
Damage caused by pets, tears, burns, cuts, chewing, accidents or misuse
Insects, contamination or mould
Commercial or non-residential use
Purchases from unauthorised sellers, loss, theft or damage after delivery
Any claim without original packaging and required documentation
Eligibility and Activation
The plan must be purchased per item in the same order
Registration must be completed within 30 days of delivery
You must provide your order number and contact details
You must upload clear photos of the item and original packaging including box, bag and any internal packaging
The plan applies only to the original purchaser and registered item
How to Make a Claim
Email us within 30 days of discovering the issue at info@somnalseep.uk
Include your order number, product name, description of the issue, and clear photos or video of the defect, product labels, and original packaging
If your claim is initially approved, you will receive return instructions
The full product must be returned within 7 days
All original packaging must be included
A £15 processing fee applies per claim
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer
Replacement shipping within the United Kingdom is covered by Somna Sleep
After inspection, which may take up to 30 days, a replacement will be issued if the defect is confirmed
Only one replacement is allowed per plan. Replacement items are not covered under the original plan

End of Coverage
This plan ends when a replacement is issued, when you no longer own the item, or if the plan is cancelled or voided under these terms.
